Austin has added hundreds of thousands of people without adding proportionate road capacity, and the consequences show up in the crash data. The I-35 rebuild through downtown has turned a permanently congested corridor into a shifting construction zone, with lane configurations that change and merges that appear without much warning.
Add the toll network, a dense delivery and rideshare economy, and a downtown with heavy late-night foot traffic, and the injury profile here is broader than the interstate alone. I handle motor vehicle claims, premises liability, workplace injuries and commercial litigation from this office.

Travis County
Civil matters are filed at the Travis County courthouse downtown, with smaller claims going to the justice courts. Travis County juries have a distinct character, and a case valued for a Williamson or Hays County panel does not necessarily carry the same number here. Venue is worth thinking about early rather than at filing.
